Job description, responsibilities and duties
Primary tasks:
Recruitment of new employees BC/WC – advertisement, interviews
Correspondance with applicants + feedback to interviewees
Database of applicants
Organisation of introduction training for new hires
Assist HR dpt with administration work regarding new employees and employees ending the employment: contracts, job descriptions, introduction and basic training plans, medical checks, attendance and food cards, etc.
Secondary tasks:
Monitoring and organising of mandatory periodical trainings: safety, drivers, forklifts, cranes, first aid, etc.
Assist HR with administration linked with HR policies and procedures, projects
