Job description, responsibilities and duties
We offer an interesting and challenging position of a Production Planning Manager in our OEM production in Cachtice, where we are producing low-volume, customized orders for the world’s leading OEMs in the wind turbine industry and the on- & off-road industry segment. We are on the look-out for a competent and talented Supply Chain profile, who can run and further develop our production logistics platform.
- take responsibility for master and production planning in Nissens’ OEM production
- take responsibility for strong delivery performance combined with ability to limit stock building
- contribute to optimal capacity planning and execution
- analyze stock levels, supervise stock activities and secure required actions or adaptations with a focus on complying with stock turnover targets
- design and implement an efficient Kanban System
- define clear and measurable KPI’s for the department and secure monthly follow-ups
- secure efficient picking and shipping procedures
- play a central role in cross-functional co-operation across the entire value chain, including stakeholder management of e.g. Quality, APQP and Production departments
