Deliver core fleet, but not only that. Operating leasing fleet sales objectives through the deployment of sales activities with Nissan network, Core Fleet Management companies and/or direct fleet prospection. Can you do it?

Your mission
  • You will be the helping hand to Czech and Slovak authorized dealerships to strengthen their fleet performance with a tactical budget, delivering business plan fleet sales volume
  • You will be the voice of the Commercial Strategy set by the Head Quarter
  • Your role is to create the best practices by analyzing the network
  • Review residual value level, process and policy with the Core Fleet Management
  • You will be responsible for the major clients, to make sure they get the appropriate support from the sales network (scouting, negotiation support)
  • You will act as Key Account for specific number of fleet Direct/Indirect customers (identifying with CRM system, visiting)
  • Organizing fleet demo vehicles for potential customers, negotiate discounts, ensuring they are in defined cost per unit
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in business
  • 5-6 years relevant (Fleet / B2B) experience
  • Strategic thinking, strong leading and negotiating skills
  • Native Czech and fluent English language knowledge
  • Strong experience in the automotive industry
  • Regional language knowledge is an advantage
