Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is a part -time role, perfect for students or mothers looking to return from Maternity leave. We want the candidate to work 25 hours a week ideally.
What will you do?
You will assist our team, working with our database of industry contacts to ensure NextLevel’s marketing campaigns are as effective and widespread as possible, to the relevant audience. The position is in English language and a positive customer service attitude will be required to work with our current clients. The candidate will also be required to work with the Microsoft Office suite.
Job Functions
Market Research
- Conducting internet research (LinkedIn etc) into designated sectors within the pharmaceutical industry
- Adding to our existing database of contacts to assist in marketing of Next Level events.
Database Management
- Cleaning and filtering of incorrect email addresses and keeping the database updated
- Adding new contacts to the database from sales exports, out of office responses, etc.
Operations
- Helping our event managers with organising event documentation and materials prior to upcoming events (as required)
Event Participation (As required)
- Travel to and Participating in Next Level’s events from time to time with event operations & hostessing
Reporting Lines
- First line supervisor is the Marketing Manager
- Second line supervisor is the General Manager
