Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- implementation of "LEAN" production
- management and support to process of implementation and maintenance of KAIZEN in plant
- Application of the procedures for continuous improvement goals
- Increasing the efficiency by Lean principles, design solutions for more efficient processes
- implementation of trainings of "Lean"
- creation, maintenance and updating of manufacturing and technical documentation, changes in consultation with the customer
- cooperation with designer in the treatment of new products at the stage of test series
- cooperation with Department of quality in the treatment of the input material and in dealing with complaints
- preparation of the BOM for purchasing and picking in the warehouse (to each production batch)
- participates in the drafting of quotations (determination of production times, Selection of the necessary technologies).
- responsbility for the technical preparation of production for products entrusted to him
