Joining our Graduate Program means being at the forefront of our industry. As a part of our team, you need to be ready to take a role at our sites in Czech Republic or Slovakia (Olomouc, Holešov, Krupka, Prievidza – approx. 6 months/each site). Working in the world's largest food company is a challenging prospect, requiring the flexibility to master the different technologies and processes that we use throughout our factories. In order to meet demand for a 24-hour operation and deliver against tough supply chain and customer service targets, our people strive to ensure our assets operate with the high efficiencies we expect whilst ensuring safety and food quality.

An individual 2 year development program will expose you to a number of product categories in several state of the art manufacturing facilities. Through a number of roles, you will be tested in a junior leadership role, gain experience within several production disciplines and deliver a number of projects within our market wide TPM and Lean initiatives. With the motivation to drive continuous improvement within our factories, you'll also be ready to work across product categories and in various different locations, possibly even abroad, providing unparalleled opportunities for development. Throughout this time, you will be mentored by a senior manufacturing professional who will work in conjunction with your line managers to ensure you realise your full potential.

In case you are a fresh Graduate (less than 2 years since qualified) in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Automation Engineering, you’re comfortable speaking English on daily basis in an international environment, and you consider yourself to be a good communicator and effective decision maker, who enjoy taking responsibility and take pride in doing a great job, please apply below.
