Na čom budete pracovať:

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES: 
Support sales team (ie. Country Manager, Customer Team Head or One Face/ Key Account Managers) with sales, customer and competitive analyses in annual/key customer negotiations (e.g. yearly negotiations, quarter business overviews, JBPs, strategic activities negotiation)
Creates data framework for annual negotiations (customer development, pricing, estimated margin - one consistent format to be used across customers)
Work with pre and post promo evaluations (difference pre/post, forecast accuracy, hurdle rates) and Competitive data, giving recommendation to commercial team (CCSD, Businesses, Sales) on promotional strategy (Frequency and Depth of Promotions, Timing, SKUs, Channels)
Systematically analyses sales and competitive data in/across category, channels, customers over the year; develops commercial recommendation for individual customers (benchmarking across customers)
Supports the KAMs with usage of Logio system and data interpretation to drive more effective promotional activities and spend: sell-in vs sell-out, trends, seasonality
Data and Sources to be used: Leaflet monitor, Pricing analyses including price elasticity, Seasonality, Sales performance report, Customer score card report, Market Share reports and Nielsen data, other as needed
MBP support on short term activities 1 - 4 months to CTH, CCSD Managers and KAMs (specifically pre-MSRs and MSRs) to assess reasons for potential short term sales gaps and provide clear rationales and recommendations to Business and CTH on how to react.
Actively participates in sales strategy development (MBS) and integrated commercial planning process (ICP); provides channel/customer insights & co-operates with CCSD & KAM teams on tailored customer plans development
 
YOUR PROFILE:
Must experience:
5-10 years of FMCG experience (at least part of this dealing with sales and customer strategies)
Intermediate knowledge of Slovak customers
Category, Channel or KAM management experience
 
Preferred experiences:
Research background, ideally Retail Audit
Category management experience (channel or catman)
 
Proactive and energetic personality with strong drive and result orientation
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English (C1) – native Czech/Slovak
