IT Service Desk Specialist is responsible for:
- active customer support to users of our IT systems via telephone and via email as well as via dedicated ticketing tool(s)
- basic analysis of incidents / problems associated with system usage
- timely resolution of service requests
- ensuring customer queries are dealt in timely and efficient manner
- communication with clients as well as with internal technical teams in Slovak and in English
- providing assistance to customers based on deeper analysis of the problem
- management of tickets in dedicated ticketing internal tool(s) and providing acitivities for their resolution within the defined timeframes according to SLA
