Manages the test team
Leads a team of 5 testers
Ensures right staffing and right resources for testing the solution
Prepares and executes plan for testing
Defines the standards and methodologies for testing
Agrees the acceptance criteria with client
Responsible for complex testing the solution, ensures the whole solution is tested
Responsible for timely delivery
Responsible for defining and adhering to prescribe methodologies
Responsible for test preparation, execution, evaluation and reporting
