Your role requires:
• Provide technical support to customers
• Investigate and identify the root cause of problems
• Use the proper resources for issue resolution
• Collaborate with R&D, QA teams to solve technical issues
• Provide clear, well written documentation in the CRM system
• Keep customers and electronic tickets updated on the status of reported problems
• Take a pro-active approach to improve customer satisfaction
• Commitment to continuous learning in an effort to keep current with technical changes

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What we need from you:
• Ability to read and understand a written code (e.g. Java) or script also ability to write a simple script (e.g. SQL, Bash)
• Development/QA experience in any programming languages is a plus
• Technical skills in Unix/Linux or Windows operating system is a plus
• Experience with Web technologies (Web Applications and Web Servers) is a plus
• Interpersonal and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• University degree in IT or previous experience in IT
