Job description, responsibilities and duties
Key Responsibilities
• Good knowledge of digital products, platform limitations and product design techniques
• Participation in client meetings and contribute during discovery and assessment
• Select, conduct and oversee use of research techniques and tools to provide evaluation criteria and reveal business and user needs
• Support qualitative and quantitative research to derive personas, use cases, concepts, user journeys and information architecture
• Provide support in writing and editing of user stories, requirements, specifications and processes
• Capability of self-improvement in UX/UI design best practices and techniques

We appreciate designers who can support research studies and also be able to present confidently to engineers and clients. Attention to details and good understanding of product design is very valuable for this position.

• Working directly with engineering team and presenting UX deliverables
