For our new client, Europe´s leading mobile resource management provider specialising in Vehicle & Asset Tracking, Mobile Workforce Applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP software, we are looking for a skilled Ux professional.
• Keep the interface beautiful and easy to use.
• Direct the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements on our software application
• Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience
• Design elegant solutions to complex workflows. Design things that people will talk about
• Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards.
Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

CSS - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Adobe Creative Suite - advanced
• Visio/Balsamiq - intermediate
• HTML - intermediate

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• English - advanced
• 2-3+ years of experience providing User Experience and User Interface design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
• Solid experience in wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and personas
• Excellent knowledge of User Centered Design process and usability principles
• Excellent knowledge of web standards, mobile/responsive design
• Strong knowledge in conducting user research and usabililty testing
• Strong User Interface skills (design patterns, iconography, imagery production, etc)
• Solid design foundation (typography, grids, colour theories, design principles)
• Competency in standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, etc)
• Good knowledge and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, etc...)
