Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for the right person to join NESS KDC as Program Management Office Associate. The successful candidate will work with and within company’s global and local PMO. We are looking for a reliable, organized, flexible, diligent and hard-working candidate who can pro-actively take ownership of work and lead it to execution and fulfilment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review health and related applicable metrics of work streams or projects through Project Review Process
• Plan and schedule Project Reviews
• Generate Project Review reports and share with center management team
• Provide assistance to Center Manager
• Act as point of contact for Global PMO to ensure global standards consistency in the delivery center,
• Collect, analyze and improve delivery best practices according to new trends and approaches
• Manage best practices repository
• Plan and execute actions related to continuous improvement in delivery and shared services groups
• Drive and implement Corporate campaigns, initiatives and programs within delivery center
• Provide assistance with kickoffs of new projects or EDCs (Extended Development Centers)
• Organize contractual compliance audits and follow-up on actions leading to implementation and closure
• Regular updates on progress of Delivery from PMO perspective to Center Manager and Global PMO
• Assist with ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008 adoption and certification process, including Documentation, Implementation of standards, Internal audits, Adoption in project teams and shared services, Trainings and Compliance

• Basics of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analytic Thinking and efficient Problem Solving skills
• Ability to sustain pressure and make effective decisions under pressure
• Ability to work independently, analyze and document complex business processes
• Experience and ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products: primarily Excel, then Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project
• MS Excel Macro (Visual Basic) language – considered a strong plus
EDUCATION AND LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Master’s Degree in at least one of the following - Project management, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Application development, Process Management or similar relevant
• Fluent verbal and written English is a must
• Native Slovak or Czech
