The areas of our devlopment and testing activities include for example: automated fair collections – ticket-based, payment-card based or mobile-technology based, real-time traffic information and solutions built on top of these, line operator solutions, etc.

The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, all-round skilled Scrum Master.

-Set up an Agile delivery model
-Organize daily stand-up
-Help the team build and maintain information radiators (sprint boards & release backlogs)
-Manage Team dynamics
-Collaboration with the product owners, business analyst, architects
-Encouragement,support and coaching of the team
-Troubleshooting
-Intensive communication with client
-Team motivation for better results
-Building a self-organizing team
