Agile Project Manager

NESS KDC is recruiting for an exceptional Agile Project Manager with at least 3 years’ agile project management experience. This person will be part of our client´s team that builds applications for investment banks, online brokers and other financial companies. The client´s award winning software provides real-time web connectivity products that allow market data and trading services to be delivered over the Internet with the security, reliability and timeliness of a private network.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the relationship with client during project deliveries
• Planning (project scoping, setting up an agile delivery model, cultivating a healthy pre-planning pipeline, re-planning, reporting)
• Acting as an agile coach to the teams
• Communication with client
• Team management
• Process ownership responsibility (invoicing and hiring)
• Reporting
• Continuous Service Improvement
• Overall responsibility for all of the IT Operations Management activities to ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way
