We are hiring Software Implementation Engineers, who are energetic self-starters. Preferred candidates can work independently and in a group setting.
• Responsible for customization, enhancement, integration and production deployments of customers/partners
• Understanding client requirements and implementing them using solution configuration capabilities.
• Problem solve routine to complex issues
• Track status and provide updates in relation to overall implementation process
• Work closely with development to ensure client satisfaction
• Understand customer expectations and keep customer satisfied.

• Application server configuration and deployment experience (Tomcat, WebSphere, Glassfish) required
• Data migration experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving
• Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent people and teamwork skills
• The ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under stressful conditions
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• 1-2 years previous work experience in similar role is an advantage
• Willing to travel
• Willing and able to learn new stuff quickly and to deep dive into various technologies in order to solve customer issues.
