Job description, responsibilities and duties
◆ Responsible for the project managment and quality of suppliers in Eastern Europe regions
◆ Assessing potential new supplier to assure only the best become Heico`s suppliers
◆ Lead project execution respecting quality and lead time
◆ Tracking supplier performance
◆ Improving supplier processes and quality assurance
◆ Acts independently for some decision making, like requests for deviations, lead time postponmnet; more important decision making requires management review
◆ Undertake supply risk/vulnerability management
◆ Undertake the initiatives of continuous improvement
◆ Assessing potential new supplier to assure only the best become Heico`s suppliers
◆ Lead project execution respecting quality and lead time
◆ Tracking supplier performance
◆ Improving supplier processes and quality assurance

◆ Ability to read in detail the technical drawings and transfer quality requirements to suppliers
◆ Results oriented, autonomous with strong written and oral communications skills
◆ Strong ability to manage various challenges and relationships
◆ Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain role. Minimum 4-6 years of Industry Experience
◆ Strong understanding and knowledge at low volume and hig mix product environment
◆ Deep industrial background with knowledge and experience in processes and tools relevant for production, quality and supply development
◆ Knowledge in 3D measurement and automotive standards like APQP, ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 highly welcome
◆ High frequent travelling;
◆ Good working knowledge in the following areas: Supply chain management, Total quality management processes and procedures, Project Management , Reading on engineering drawing & specification;
◆ Results oriented, autonomous with strong written and oral communications skills
◆ Strong ability to manage various challenges and relationships
