Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

The position has a solid reporting relationship to the Operations Director of EMEA. The key responsibilities include management of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the International Hospitality team of NCR as well as providing financial analysis and support across a wide range of relevant clients and services.

• Coordination of the creation of annual financial plans for all facets of the NCR Hospitality EMEA business

• Active support of the periodic revenue and expense forecast including leadership of period forecasting reviews with the Finance and Senior Management communities

• Ownership of the SalesCentral (salesforce.com) tool for the Hospitality EMEA team for the purposes of sales funnel management

• Responsibility for the reconciliation of actual vs. forecast revenue and expense results

• Management of Hospitality EMEA sales pipeline reporting in coordination with Sales team. Involves regular with SalesForce.com application.

• Preparation of financial and operational metrics for Hospitality International reviews

• Ad-hoc financial reports, queries and analysis

• Assisting in providing oversight, guidance and training on finance-related matters to various functional groups across the Company

• Working closely with finance, legal, and sales organizations to provide ongoing revenue-related technical accounting support

• Continuous improvement of existing finance and operational processes and practices

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree (in Finance or Accountancy preferred)

• Minimum 2 years business experience within financial planning

• Strong English skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analysis and reporting skills

• Working knowledge of business systems and Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel user)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to independently team and liaise with key teams and different levels within the NCR organization

• Ability to independently work under pressure on a global team and deliver to deadline

• Strong analytical skills with a ability to structure analysis to support the goals and clearly communicate outcomes and recommendations

• Drive to quickly learn the Business context, and structure and present deliverables accordingly
