JOB LOCATION: Poland (Gdansk)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy the Scandinavian work model in a modern sea coast location as a BI DEVELOPER. In this role you will participate in new and ongoing BI projects, using a variety of tools from IBM Cognos suite, including Re-port/Query studio and FM Manager. You will develop new solutions, enhance existing ones, actively give input to and implement BI best practices in a mature, enterprise Data Warehouse and BI solution.
Join us and take a role of Business Intelligence Developer.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- Designing, developing and testing reports using tools from IBM Cognos suite, such as Report and Query Studio
- Creating and updating models using Framework Manager
- Creating and updating solutions in IBM Cognos TM1
- Participating in a DWH/BI migration from SQL Server to IBM Netezza
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in: IBM Cognos Report/Query studio, FM Manager
- Good general knowledge of databases and SQL language
- Good understanding of BI and DWH concepts
- Strong written and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Skills in more tools from the IBM suite are an advantage.
- Data modelling experience would be a benefit
