Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a fresh graduate (or candidate with a work experience from field of e.g. linguistic, sociology, non-profit organization), who would like to gain an experience in the finance as Accounting Assistant.

Natek is willing to provide you with necessary trainings for the proper handling of the role (Finance - invoicing & payments, expenses & reimbursements, reporting in order to cooperate with other members of finance department/Tools - word, excel, internal finance tools/English lessons – intensive course)

Accounting Assistant is a replacement for maternity leave, initially for 2-3 years.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Invoices & Payments
- Management of accounting documents (scanning, delivery to the accountant)
- Issuing of Customer invoices (issuing invoices in accounting system) and delivering/sending to customer
- Customer payments follow up (keep a track of invoices and their payments)
- Suppliers follow up (keep a track of invoices and their payments) - Preparation of bank transfers for approval
- Preparation of requests for financing for the bank
Reimbursements
- Stand-in for Travel Arrangements
- Stand-in for Preparation of reimbursements
Reporting
- Weekly report on bank financing (credit line usage)
- Maintain/update NATEK internal tools/reports as required
- Maintain NATEK s professional and ethical commitments to its customers, employees, and candidates.
