Marketing assistant

Responsibilities:
- This position is suitable for candidate who is able to use knowledge to analyze candidate’s behavior and motivation to create appealing job adverts content and effective advertising plans for a variety of international job portals
- Participates on the development of marketing strategies and budgets for advertisement on job portals and works extensively with NATEK sourcing (recruitment) and marketing team to meet their demands; identifies new markets and opportunities for job advertising, helps negotiate the purchase of advertisements and CV databases
- Analyzes and interprets data, prepares reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Writes news, articles and content for NATEK web page, intranet, presentations for candidates and official documents
- Creates content for NATEK social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Viadeo..) including but not limited to, blogs and forums
- Responsible for development and distribution of internal e-newsletters, announcements and other activities, including writing content and sourcing images
- Organizes NATEK's presence on job fairs, meetings and conferences (scheduling, organizing, monitoring the amount of marketing materials)
