Job description, responsibilities and duties

Long-term project for one of the biggest multinational prominent automotive corporations in the beautiful city of Maastricht, NL. The aim of the project is to design and deliver new solution based on Siebel IP15 with the vision of several years' implementation. This starter/scratch project operates with the cutting-edge technologies and the international team works in the modern working environment inspired by the innovative nature of the company's brand.

Responsibilities:
- Installation/Configuration/Administration of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
- Creation of users and roles, and RDP administration
- The Administrator will follow the guidelines from the administrators already onsite when applicable maintaining existing and future Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition environments. This includes applying patches to fix bugs, adding new functionality and features, scheduler maintenance, and installation of maintenance releases.
- Supporting development teams and carrying out deployments of reports
- Participation in design

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- 3+ years with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (10g/11g) clustered environments and Linux / Unix environments.
- Experience with installation, upgrading and configuration of OBIEE tools
- Proficiency in the use of repository variables
- Administering ETL and data warehousing applications and tools
- Understanding of the standard of best practices in BI administration environment
- Fluent English
