The right candidate must assist with the development of metrics conforming to the metrics framework, gather and monitor data, analyze information. Moreover, he/she will maintain records and prepare documents and materials to support activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- creating , updating, automating and delivering reports
- meeting SLAs
- creating historicals data overviews and one-off reports
- applying and adjusting targets to the measured data
- providing trend analysis of data to identify improvement areas

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Can work independently and efficiently with strong organizational skills to complete required tasks within required time frames
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel -Macros
- Excel skills required: Complex Formulas – Expert, Pivot Tables - Expert
- Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic and databases it s advantageous.
- Able to logically present results: Excel Reports/PowerPoint
- Communicative and flexible
- Fluent English is a must
- Can work independently and efficiently with strong organizational skills to complete required tasks within required time frames
- Strong oral and written communication skills
