Business Development Manager

We are looking for a business expert with IT skills or an IT specialist with business capabilities.

You should be fluent in English and French, have a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent and have an experience of 5 years within a large IT/ESN company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working together with the Sales Director, you are going to be in charge of business development for the NATEK branch in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Follow up on activities and customer relationships (upselling)
• Retain existing customers and strengthen business relations
• Elaborate and propose a marketing strategy to tackle potential customer in territory and develop NATEK notoriety
• Participate in events (forums, fairs) and collect information about potential prospects
• Review customer needs and competitive offers
• Communicate with other NATEK departments: Marketing, Sourcing, Operations and Support
• Report your work and business to the Sales Director
