JOB DESCRIPTION:

The PIM role is managing and supporting implementation of the end-to-end solutions. Within the executions of these responsibilities it will be a prerequisite to interface with a various others within clients' Business Units, teams and outside suppliers over all Geographies. The Project Implementation Manager has the responsibility to lead and execute the delivery of site level customer implementations through to support and operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible end to end for delivering Unified Communications Voice Gateways (based on SONUS Technology) within the EMEA region for customer
  • Responsible from Kick off of Project to Handover to support for all coordination and delivery Project activities
  • Setting up Project kick off, providing key customer communications, organising Surveys, Liaising with 3rd parties -Providing Project Schedule; tracking schedule to completion
  • Reporting on specialised systems within agreed SLA time scales
  • Managing and raisning escalations when necessary
  • Chasing equipment orders, organising suppliers to carry out installs
  • Carrying out key customer communications througout and creating Change Plans
  • Obtaining customer sign offs prior to delivery and also after and ensuring support organistions accept delivery ahead of go live
  • Managing multiple site projects to agreed proces simultaneously;
  • Liasing with difficult suppliers reluctant to allow to install as it meant they would loose revenue in the long term

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Min. 2 year experience in a (customer contact) Project Management Role in an international environment, preferably in a telecommunication environment
  • University Education
  • Expert knowledge of English
  • preferred: Good knowledge of the Telecommunication market
Good understanding and knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very accurate and disciplined, process focused and excellent reporting skills
  • Being able to handle complex administration tasks, many different tasks at the same time in an accurate and disciplined way and act as a leader and give guidance in the project
  • Flexible, Analytical mind, Problem solver, Stress resistant, Good social skills, Team player
