Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your job will be to provide professional guidance, support and input to local employees and management in matters related to personnel policies/procedures: employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, training and development, termination, benefits etc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensuring implementation of HR policies in NATEK SK, adherence to employment legislation and support of HR best practice
- To provide professional guidance, support and input to local employees and management in matters relating to personnel policies/procedures: employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, training and development, termination, benefits etc.
- Ensure HR related policies and procedures are maintained, broadcast, understood and professionally implemented with a consistent approach - Monitor performance management systems inline with business plan objectives throughout the country
- Ensuring all employees have appropriate personal objectives and appraisals and the annual bonus/salary review is conducted effectively - Responsible for SK HR reporting - ensuring accuracy and relevance of HR information and analysis
- Ensure employee benefits are effectively updated, managed and communicated
