JOB DESCRIPTION: As a provider of IT outsourcing services across a range of industries (Telecommunication, Automotive, and Banking) with successful history, NATEK is now recruiting for a skilled candidate with previous experience in Mobile/Application development. The point of this job position is being an interface with Mobile application owners, developers, operations, architects, and engineers to get mobile applications delivered as a service.
Document processes, and also train other team members on processes and procedures required to build out the service. Be the principle signer of Mobile applications, building out of the application library, and maintaining applications signing so they don’t expire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in Strategy to successfully introduce mobile technology into the environment
- Sign and Distribute mobile applications based on iOS/Android/Windows Phone platform to internal MDM solution, iTunes Store, or return to Rhomobile Team if required.
- Engineer secure mobile applications processes based on Android SDK and Xcode IDE
- Support the development of new applications specifically for iPhone/iPad with the application community, providing guidance as required.
- Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: assisting with architecture, design and development, user experience, documentation, unit testing, delivery, and maintenance
- Build and Implement innovative solutions and technologies in designing and publishing new mobile apps
- Design and implement solutions to push internal enterprise applications out to mobile devices
- Coach and mentor other developer(s) in Mobile development
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Experience in working with latest iOS version and developing iOS applications on the front end
- Experience in utilizing emerging web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and web fonts
- Fluent English is a must (international environment and communication with end-users/developers)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and team oriented individual
- Capable of working independently as well as an effective team member on projects
- Ability to offer constructive feedback in requirements and design
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem solving/debugging skills
- Bachelor Degree or above in an Engineering or technical field
