Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for experienced Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of a large size or complex service delivery/deliveries, ensure sufficient service warranty, co-ordinate daily service activities and will be able to form basic resource plans. He / She will be proposing plans for future development of the service offering and identify areas of improvements in service delivery and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Standard Service delivery with full E2E responsibility and within the defined Standard Service offering scope
- Ensure high quality of the delivery and operations and meeting the SLAs set for the service offering
- Bring Customer focus to the standard delivery and engage other Service Managers cross SA into collaboration in the Standard Service scope
- Understand the influence of your units specific standard service in context of the Customer (Business) Service package
- Ensure the core operational processes (IM, PrM, ChM) in the Standard Service scope
- Be active in SCSI control points and acceptance of the Customer Service implementation
- Support in both new sales and add-on sales
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with Project Management / Service Management
- Experience with Continuous Service Management (nice to have)
- Understanding of the Service model, SLA processes
- Experience with working in international environment / team
