We are international IT outsourcing company and currently we are looking for a young university student,who would like to gain new knowledge and experience in Human Resources field and partially in IT area. Based on our projects and cooperation with our customers, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, presenting data in variety of formats and supporting all our recruitment activities. Your role will be to develop your own strategy leading to improvements and effectiveness of the recruitment processes.

- headhunting the right people for the right job
- sourcing from various external and internal databases
- pre-screening interviews and getting in touch with candidates form all over the Europe
- and researching - your main duty (creating a strategy, then moving onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered, ensuring its absolute accuracy)
