To support our growth in CEE, we are looking for Key Account Manager working from our branch in Prague. The successful candidate will report to Country manager and work closely with NATEK Prague Regional Sales Manager. Main responsibility is to manage customer relationships between NATEK and international IT customers.

Successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key peers (procurement, HR, operation, management) of leading IT/telco/finance companies in the region.

He/she must be able to demonstrate a highly successful track-record of managing high-value, complex account relationships. Previous experience in designing and implementing strategic sales account plans is required. We expect strong communication skills and a strong business ethic.

We would like to have in the team strong, professional matured personality with high performing working standards.

Responsibilities:

- Constantly looking for new strategies to increase client base. Implementation of these new strategies and overall deliveries
- Develop and maintain relationship with NATEK customer decision makers and operational managers, identifying and executing existing possibilities for new business opportunities
- Providing expert service to customer and manage the commercial business across diverse vertical business lines
- Initiate and promote continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency and execute implementation
- To be responsible of the sourcing of the IT consultants who will deliver services to customers
- To be responsible of IT consultants team carrier management and NATEK team spirit
- Anticipate, manage and solve issues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

⁃ examples of key client wins and management of key accounts
⁃ strong business planning skills
⁃ “A level” of comfort in dealing with various stakeholders from project managers, IT Directors to Company Directors
⁃ experience in service delivery company is a must
