If you would like to work in an innovative environment, come grow with us at NATEK as an Internal HR manager. With a possibility of flexible hours, this position is also suitable for candidate coming back from maternity leave.

Your main role will be contributing to HR practices and objectives development and ensuring implementation of HR policies in NATEK, alignement to employment legislation and support of HR best practices. It is also expected to provide professional guidance, support and input to local HR employees (generalists) and to country management in matters relating to personnel policies/procedures: employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, training and development, termination, benefits etc.

Responsibilities:

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- ISO HR coordinator at NATEK group level

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

7

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 7 years of experience in International company with positions either in Human Ressources and/or Operation.
- International assignment is a plus
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Well defined leadership qualities with the ability to influence change
- Very good knowledge of local Labor codes. Knowledge of labor code legislation in other european countries is a plus
