Marketing assistant – part time

We are looking for new talent to join our Marketing and Sourcing department as a Web portal sourcing Trainee. We are seeking someone who is motivated and eager to learn with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The position is especially suitable for those currently undergoing University studies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious young student who wants to work in fast-paced international environment and to contribute to its smooth functioning.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate NATEK job advertisements: forming and updating job descriptions, announcement of vacancies, budget estimation and international labour markets reviews
Negotiate advertising budget and packages with web portals (suppliers)
Organize the job fairs and NATEK's presence on professional fairs, meetings and conferences (scheduling, organizing, monitoring the amount of marketing materials)
Supporting the HR Team in organization of any other activities such as occasional meetings, team buildings, company events
Report and analyse NATEK Key Performance Indicators (HR and Sales statistics) weekly/monthly and quarterly updates and their presentation for Country Management
Managing and supervision upon new marketing channels such as cooperation with universities
Support of Marketing Team: procure marketing materials, update of external and internal communication
Cooperation with other departments (sourcing, expenses, sales)
