Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently searching for candidates to support local IT teams in order to coordinate all activities connected to their daily work.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and coordination of the activities performed by the technical teams, in the area of Enterprise Datacenter services Communication with the IT application owners
• Negotiation of the downtimes and maintenance windows for servers and applications
• Maintenance of the contact information for supported assets
• Tracking and status reporting of tasks and activities in the scope of the technical team
• Improvements of existing processes and procedures related to areas listed above
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills Reliable and detail oriented
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
• Ability to plan, prepare and coordinate activities across various IT support teams
• Strong customer focus 2-4 years of experience in a role focused on planning, coordination and customer interaction
• Experienced user of the office software applications, Excel and MS Project
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and related activities is a plus
• Knowledge of the Unix/Linux operating systems is an advantage
