Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:
  • crisis management in client IT services and coordination of technical specialists
  • the organization, documentation and recording of the Major Incidents as well as the evaluation and subsequent settings of corrective actions in collaboration with technical specialists
  • operational tasks within the Incident Management (ITIL)
  • following the process of Major Incident Management
  • communication within Major Incident Management
  • work on the improvement of quality of provided service
  • creation and analysis of incident reports

Requirements:
  • experience in managing crisis situations
  • experience in leading a teleconference meeting
  • ability to plan and organize work (prioritization)
  • knowledge of IT processes (ITIL best practises)
  • good knowledge of IT (applications, servers, network, databases)
  • ability to work in virtual teams across time zones
  • knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • stress resistance
