Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our partner is a world leader in digital security and the top provider of complex digital and smart card solutions for all major mobile operators, bank houses and public services.
This position is within the Telco division of the company, which provides hardware and software to European Telco clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integration and customization of server products to GSM operators netsworks
Server solution installation/configuration/deployment on project bases
Enterprise application/solution in Unix environment integration with customer and in-house end systems and back-ends
End-to-end integration of server solutions
Technical coordination, responsibility for technical scope of the design, implementation of a product, autonomous work expected

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree ideally in IT (electro, telecommunications)
Fluent English
At least 3 years of experience (full-time) in IT with larger projects (solution or application deployment/ installation/ configuration in enterprise environment)
Experienced with system integration & deployment (2 years)
Experienced with UNIX like OS (Sun Solaris, Linux)
Experienced with Bash scripting (ksh, bash)
Experienced with SQL (ev. PL/SQL) with Oracle databases
Good knowledge of IP networks
Experienced with life cycle of the project
Experience with programming languages is a big advantage
Knowledge of GSM, SIM cards is nice to have
Very good analytical mind and problem solving skills
Customer and service orientation
Very good communication skills
Open-minded, friendly and a team player when necessary
Proactive, autonomy
Capacity to ramp-up quickly on technical subjects
Willing to travel on business abroad (occasionally)
