JOB DESCRIPTION:
NATEK is looking for people motivated to jump into a fast-paced project. You will start to work with leading technologies and participate on interesting projects for world´s best-known clients from various segment of market. We are looking for specialist with good technical overview who will provide support of different applications. You should be motivated and hard working individual who is looking to learn new technologies and grow within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application monitoring and support
- Application maintenance
- Measuring application performance in relation to overall service being provided
- Investigation of unusual applications activities
- Working within the agreed SLA / OLA
- Analysis (trends, abnormalities) of created incidents
- Keeping the stakeholders (INT/EXT) informed
MAIN COMPETENCE AREA:
- ITIL, Monitoring, Applications, Service Now
- Windows, Unix, Server, Network
- English on communicative level
