We are hiring Recruitment Consultant for our branch in Bratislava. The ideal candidate will possess both hard skills and soft skills in order to fit into our enthusiastic team.

Moreover, a significant part of your personality should be a salesman willing to negotiate, have his/her eyes open and see the business opportunity in every single meeting/interview. You shouldn’t lack a positive attitude, the drive and the ability to face experienced IT gurus.

  • Sourcing candidates from internal and external databases
  • Headhunting on Linkedin and social networks
  • Phone prescreening and arranging interviews with candidates
  • Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process for each candidate
  • Cooperation with marketing team in terms of advertisement
  • Participation on job fairs


  • Strong interest in recruitment (IT field is a plus), the experience related to recruitment is needed
  • Ability to pre-plan an effective mechanism for candidate and placement search
  • Ability to manipulate internal database to deliver effective search results
  • Existing or easy to be developed interviewing techniques
  • Good understanding and ability to interpret customer's and candidate's demands
  • Strong negotiation skills or ability to negotiate, to be used with both candidate and customer
  • Have a team-orientated approach to workflow management
  • Be personable, approachable and outgoing
  • English writing and speaking skills

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Administrative and economic skills

Human Resources - advanced
