We are hiring IT Recruitment Consultant for our branch in Bratislava. The ideal candidate will possess both hard skills as knowledge of IT profiles/ IT market and soft skills in order to fit into our enthusiastic team.
Moreover, a significant part of your personality should be a salesman willing to negotiate, have his/her eyes open and see the business opportunity in every single meeting/interview. You shouldn’t lack a positive attitude, the drive and the ability to face experienced IT gurus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates from internal and external databases
- Headhunting on Linkedin and social networks
- Phone prescreening and arranging interviews with candidates
- Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process for each candidate
- Cooperation with marketing team in terms of advertisement
- Participation on job fairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience related to IT recruitment
- To be able to deliver effective search results (internal and external sources of candidates)
- Good understanding and ability to interpret customer's and candidate's demands
- Strong negotiation skills or ability to negotiate with candidates
- English writing and speaking skills
