Job description, responsibilities and duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main roles are to define long-term organizational strategic goals, to build key customer relationships, to identify business opportunities, to negotiate and close business deals and to maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Together with support teams you will be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.


NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Set up meetings with client decision makers
  • Plan approaches and pitches
  • Work with teams to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Participate in pricing the service


ACCOUNTS RETENTION:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, decision makers and operational managers
  • Ensure that all customers receive outstanding services
  • Detect and develop new sales opportunities
  • Forecast sales activities for existing accounts and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Work with teams to develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and growth of both national and worldwide sales
  • Conduct of preselected candidates screening
  • Review market analyses to determine qualified target customers, customer needs, competitive service features and pricing levels
  • Adhere to all NATEK policies, procedures and professional ethical commitments to its customers, employees and candidates


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
