Job description, responsibilities and duties

Country Manager support
• General administrative and organizational support to the local country manager
• Management meetings administration – meeting minutes, action points, follow up
• Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint

Compliance agenda
● Contact person for compliance issues, communication with vendors in compliance issues, collecting and archiving requested documents
● Administrative processes connected with selected approved SOPs

Sales, planning support
● Responsibility for company sales data management, support in regional sales reports processing, supports the planning and budgeting processes

Logistic support
● Monitoring of wholesaler stocks, expired drugs, orders management, monitoring of Import license, cooperation with the distributors

Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in jobs with similar duties
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills,
planning, flexibility, pro-activity
- Numeric and analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Experience with pharmaceutical sales data
- Familiarity with office communication tools
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)
- Driving license B (active driver)
- Living in Bratislava
