Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biotech industry, excellent strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our products and services to key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in the oncology industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products that effectively communicate their value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, website content, and digital assets, to support sales and business development efforts.
- Drive demand generation activities, including email campaigns, webinars, events, and other promotional initiatives, to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies and product development priorities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within the biotech or life sciences industry, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
