* creation of intralogistics chains taking into account lean management
* optimization of processes, warehouse space, planning and layout creation
* monitoring and analysis of processes, proposal of optimizations
* management of warehouse operations, planning and warehouse logistics processes
* support of project teams in matters of logistics, packaging, containers
* implementation of container calculations (number, costs)
* creation, verification and issuance of packaging regulations
* compliance and implementation of packaging guidelines required by the customer with regard to deadlines, costs, quality objectives
