Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for ensuring purchasing processes in the entrusted area - selection of suppliers, preparation and approval of purchase orders, control of deliveries, control of invoices,
- Effective communication with individual operations to clarify and ensure all requirements,
- Perform diverse tasks related to procurement processes, such as sourcing, supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, auditing etc.,
- Preparation of reports on demand,
- Ensure daily process delivery according to defined KPIs (workload, quality, productivity),
- Ensure proper communication flow for all involved parties (updates, risks, improvements)
- Proactively look for process optimization and automation,
- Proactively look for new opportunities to increase value delivered by the Procurement,
- Other Procurement Categories support on demand,
- Potential support of other Mondi Group projects.
