Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Drives Business Process Excellence (BPE) agenda across Finance and HR
- Supports development and deployment of Process Management discipline
- Supports BPE Lead in building an Operational Excellence culture
- Supports the Deployment of the BPE global Capability framework (DIAL: Define, Implement, Apply & Sustain, Leverage & Improve)
- Consults on Process Management discipline and interacts with senior stakeholders
- Drives or assists with implementation and improvement of processes
- Externally works with third-party vendors to improve the quality and efficiency of our processes and solutions
- Collaborates with other BPE resources across Information Technology and Solutions towers and Functions towards a common goal
- Acts as a DIAL Champion by actively using and promoting DIAL framework
- Develops multiple relationships working globally across different process domains

Personality requirements and skills
- Strong background in business process management & continuous improvement (LSS Black Belt Certification)
- Strong track record with Finance processes (HR processes experience is a plus) - At least 7+ years of working experience, 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Process Management
- Advanced knowledge of data reporting/analysis tools and techniques (hands on knowledge of Performance Management discipline, including benchmarking, building global metrics and reporting capability)
- Experience with managing senior business stakeholders globally and across functions
- 100% fluent written and spoken English
- Consultancy background is an advantage
