HR Coordinator
The primary purpose of the Plant HR Co-ordinator to work directly with the Blue Collar plant workforce to advise on and complete HR Administration processes that are not covered by MBS and for certain countries, to act as a bridge between the plant and HR shared services.

Main Responsibilities

Workforce administration:
  • being HR contact for all matters of employees (documentation maintenance,salary agreements and competencies priting, data preparation for reporting, etc.)
  • disciplinary offences support - warning letters: database, signature ensuring
  • maintenance and updating of HR policies, documents and agreements
  • responsibillity for maintenance and processing of requested information for external instituions (courts, police...)
  • creating reports for state institutions
  • ISO documentation updating, maintenance the database of position and job description

Education and training:
  • all internal HR activities related to education and training for employees
  • planning of mandatory and internal trainings and maintenance the training evidence
  • support and organization of external trainings
  • workshops or managers trainings organization
  • organization and realizing of internal trainings

C&B:
  • salary change, increasing of position ranking, position description (communication with managers)
  • personal evaluation change

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University Degree in HR/ Economics - advantage
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Learning agility
  • Analytical skills, sense for details
  • Advanced PC user (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 1 year experience in the HR
  • Communicative English (B2 level)
  • Knowledge of Slovak labour legislation is an advantage
