Procurement Controlling Senior Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide support to Indirects & Marketing Services Procurement team, as well as to Procurement Controller MEU. The scope includes managing financial planning and management reporting process of Indirect and Marketing Services cost with special focus on Productivity agenda and Functional OVHs (incl. maintenance effective control).

Procurement Controlling Senior Analyst
The purpose of this role is to provide support to Indirects & Marketing Services Procurement team, as well as to Procurement Controller MEU. The scope includes managing financial planning and management reporting process of Indirect and Marketing Services cost with special focus on Productivity agenda and Functional OVHs (incl. maintenance effective control).
Main responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to Directors of Indirect and Marketing Services Procurement in developing and implementing sourcing strategies and plans. Support delivery of Margin Improvement and other financial objectives.
- Manage financial planning and management reporting of Productivity projects. Align on financial targets and actuals results between Procurement and Business Units (Categories, Areas and Functions). Support calculation and evaluation of major productivity projects.
- Ensure projects are reported in line with Global definitions (Productivity, Value Enablers). - Maintain procurement / financial applications and ensure consistency and integrity of all data reported to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish monthly reports and maintain effective reviews of actual results against the targets with Procurement and Business Units. Proactively identify and initiate corrective actions to deliver Productivity (other financial) targets.
- Support and establish financial governance for margin improvement, restructuring and investment projects for Indirect and Marketing Services Procurement.
- Maintain effective control over Procurement Fixed Cost. Manage financial planning, analysis, consolidation and reporting of the regional Procurement overhead cost. Support development, implementation and reporting of restructuring projects.
- Support cash flow analysis & planning, especially activities linked Supply chain financing program.

Language skills
English - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
- 4-6 years of accounting business experience and 2-3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
- Experience in international business
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
- Degree in Finance is a plus
- Part / Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA preferred
- Internal Controls experience would be an asset
