Customer Service & Logistics

Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Transport Resource

The job holder supports the management of the European Load Control Centre by being primarily responsible and accountable for the execution of international inbound transportation.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Providing a high level support to Transportation team with all administration parts of the business,
  • Ensuring the most cost effective optimization sessions are done,
  • Efficient and accurate processing of claims and extra demands between involved stakeholders,
  • Understanding and being the key point for all stakeholders related to status updates,
  • Accurate Management of claims for Transportation Team,
  • Running Dynamic optimization every day according to pre-agreed process for daily dynamic optimization run,
  • Management of status delivered by downloading and communicating with all stakeholders who works with status delivered in MEU CS&L network,
  • Management of new lane requests and capacity demands from Transportation Team,
  • Preparing KPI reports for suppliers and communication with suppliers,
  • Monitoring of all statuses and orders in TMS,
  • Supporting projects within Logistics Operations and the Load Control Centre
  • Implementing new transportation lanes and/or service providers and ensuring smooth start-up of operational changes
  • Support of projects within the LCC in line with current direction and strategy operating in line with the Mondelez values and Business Ethics policies at all times

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University or Equivalent Level Education (Business Education)
  • Logistics or Customer Service Experience is -preferred
  • Project and Process Management is a plus
  • Microsoft Office advanced (MS Excel Critical)
  • Organising and Time Management
  • Problem Solving (Logical)
  • Accuracy, reliability
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player-orientation is an advantage
  • English and at least one other European language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Slovak)
