Procure-to-Pay and Budget Coordinator Cocoa Life

Through Cocoa Life Program, Mondelēz International is investing $400 million to ensure sustainable future of chocolate. Cocoa Life is a sustainability program that aims to reach more than 200,000 cocoa farmers across countries like Ghana, Ivory Coast, Indonesia, India, Dominican Republic, Brazil, benefiting more than a million people by 2022. By partnering up with farmers, NGOs, suppliers and government institutions, cocoa farming communities gain knowledge and skills that improve their livelihoods, strengthen their communities, and inspire the new generation of cocoa farmers.

Your most important tasks would be:
• Actively supporting knowledge sharing & be the to-go person for the Cocoa Life team in procurement or finance related questions
• Ensuring Cocoa Life complies with the full scope of the MDLZ Procure to Pay policies and budget management processes
• Providing support in contract development and approvals, requests for applications and bidding process, managing vendors and contracts
• Requesting purchase orders with use of the Coupa system and process advance payments
• Managing the accuracy of Proof of Performance and creating Goods receipts in the system
• Supporting financial year overviews for all global partners, quarterly and year-end closing accruals
• Liaising with business partners to solve Cocoa Life specific topics

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

• Min. Bachelor degree (preferably in business economics or finance)
• Min. 2 years of experience working in a corporate multinational environment preferably in procurement, finance
• Good knowledge of procurement and finance processes
• Strong skills in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Enthusiasm towards change
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and collaborate cross functionally
• Fluent English (French would be an asset)
