Customer Service & Logistics
Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Inbound Transportation Specialist
The job holder supports the management of the European Load Control Centre by being primarily responsible and accountable for the execution of international inbound transportation.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Providing a high level of customer service as the lead co-ordination point between all stakeholders affected by Mondelez International Transportation.
  • Ensuring the most cost effective and environmental solution for each and every transport is provided through load, vehicle and route optimisation.
  • Understanding and being the key point of information and data relating to International Transportation to support both the Customer and LCC to deliver productivity and process improvements.
  • Efficient use of INET Transport Management system.
  • Managing and Resolving Transportation related issues between various stakrholders, carriers, plants and warehouses.
  • Provide support to the Cluster team
  • Being the central point of all data and knowledge relating to the markets and carriers under their direct control.
  • Proactively tracking performance, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve KPI’s performance, processes and deliver incremental productivity savings
  • Learn and lead the customs requirements and process for all shipments in Europe

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Customer Service/Logistics Experience

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)
