Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
2. Co-operate with QA and Manufacturing in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement, Product Safety, GMP and general HACCP measures; ensure of safety of workers and assets in area of responsibility.
3. Compliance with ISO, QPE, SSE rules, reporting, other duties:
- Lead investment projects within the scope of engineering
- Take full responsibility for investment project management - Appropriation Requests preparation, technical solution proposal, budget control, project realization, commissioning and equipments handing-over to process owner
- Realisation of investment projects in the scope of approved budget and agreed time
- Assuring of financial, legal and quality management system requirements within a scope of the position responsibility
- Ensure proper CAPEX spending quarterly within allotted projects
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
- Full responsibility for investment projects management according internal procedure PD C2
- Appropriation Requests preparation and approval
- Optimal technical solution proposal to achieve project target within approved budget and time frame. Request for quotation preparation and full technical support of IM&S Procurement during bidding process evaluation and contract preparation
- Project budget control, ensure project quarter spending according to actual CAPEX plan
- Project realization – preparation works before installation, new equipment installation supervising, production start up, commissioning and handing-over to process owner
- Ensure operators training in cooperation with Continuous Improvement department
- Equipment technical documentation, operating and cleaning instructions passing to process owner
- Post completion report preparation
- Document preparation for equipment incorporation into tangible property
- Coordinate a complaint procedure in warranty period
- Perform work in compliance with the requirements of IMS (Integrated Management System) and valid work procedures and instructions
- Follows rules for work safety, security, environment and food safety according to legal, KFSK and KFI requirements
- Sustainable development in Project management, process knowledge in confectionary area and actual trend of equipments for confectionery production
2. Co-operate with QA and Manufacturing in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement, Product Safety, GMP and general HACCP measures; ensure of safety of workers and assets in area of responsibility.
3. Compliance with ISO, QPE, SSE rules, reporting, other duties:
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
- Document activities and provide data as requested
- Possible participating on other projects
- Support of all departments within scope of engineering
